Yaw Afari Ankomah, Professor of educational planning and educational leadership, obtained a PhD in Educational Leadership from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University, Tallahassee, USA.
Associate Professor
Currently, Prof. Rosemary Seiwah Bosu is an Asso. Prof. of Educational Leadership at the Institute for Educational Planning and Administration. She is also the Director of the Center for Teaching Support (CTS) and the Vice Dean of the School of Educational Development and Outreach.

I am Educational Researcher and a Higher Education Quality Assurance and Improvement Professional with over 14 years’ experience in higher education in various capacities including Administration, Teaching and Research.

Alfred Ampah-Mensah a senior research fellow at the Institute for Educational Planning and Administration (IEPA), University of Cape Coast, Ghana and the national coordinator of the Leadership for Learning (LfL) Ghana programme.

Dr. Aidoo is a teacher by profession and has worked at all levels of the education system in Ghana. She has worked in Home Economics, her first love and later concentrated on educational leadership and management with a passion for inclusion issues and bringing education to the underserved.

Dr Hope Pius Nudzor is a Senior Research Fellow and a critical education policy analyst. He was formerly UK’s Economic and Social Research Council’s (ESRC) Post-Doctoral Research Fellow with the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow, Scotland, and before that a Post-Doctoral Teaching Fellow with Liverpool Hope University.

Dr. Marie Afua Baah Bakah holds a PhD degree from the University of Twente, Enschede in the Netherlands. She is currently a Senior Lecturer at the Institute for Educational Planning and Administration (IEPA) of the College of Education Studies at University of Cape Coast.

Michael Boakye-Yiadom, Ph.D., is a Research Fellow at the Institute for Educational Planning and Administration (IEPA), School of Educational Development and Outreach, College of Education Studies, University of Cape Coast (UCC); and Hall Master of the Student Representative Council (SRC) Hall, UCC, Ghana.

Edward Akomaning had his Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Social Sciences and Educational Planning, respectively, from the University of Cape Coast. Edward also holds a Master’s Degree in Educational Management, Evaluation and Assessment from the University of Twente, the Netherlands.

Dr. Janet Alberta Koomson is a Senior Lecturer at the Institute for Educational Planning & Administration (IEPA), School of Educational Development and Outreach of the College of Education Studies, University of Cape Coast.

Wisdom Kwaku Agbevanu is a Research Fellow at the Institute for Educational Planning and Administration, University of Cape Coast, Ghana. He holds a PhD (Qualitative Research), MPhil (Educational Planning), and a PGDE from University of Cape Coast, a BA (Economics) from University of Ghana
