Alberta Williams is a Principal Administrative Assistant at the Institute for Educational Planning and Administration (IEPA), a UNESCO Category II Centre of Excellence for West Africa, located at the University of Cape Coast (UCC).
Mrs. Williams holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Studies from the University of Cape Coast, Cape Coast -Ghana.
As a Principal Administrative Assistant, Mrs. Williams supports the Institute with general administrative services. Specifically, she works under the Office of Grants and Consultancy supporting with the preparation and processing of Grants documents and the general administrative services of the office.
Mrs. Williams' research interests are in Administration in Higher Education, Human Resource Management and Public administration.
