Christopher Mensah Adosi is an Assistant Research Fellow at the Institute for Educational Planning and Administration (IEPA), a UNESCO Category II Centre of Excellence at the University of Cape Coast (UCC), Ghana. 

Mr. Adosi obtained both his Master of Philosophy (Administration in Higher Education) and Bachelor of Education (Management) from the University of Cape Coast, Ghana. He has a Professional Leadership Empowerment Academy Certificate from the University at Buffalo (UB), New York,  and a Certificate of Advanced Studies (Education Sector Planning) from the International Institute for Educational Planning (IIEP), Paris, France. He is currently a Ph.D (Educational Leadership) candidate at the University of Cape Coast.

Prior to becoming an Assistant Research Fellow, Mr. Adosi served as a Graduate Assistant at IEPA where he played an invaluable role in the designing, conducting and disseminating several institutional research. Notable among them are: British Council funded research to investigate transnational education (TNE) partnerships and the environment of distance learning in higher education institutions in Ghana, and the University of Cape Coast/Directorate of Research Innovation and Consultancy supported research on Placement and utilisation of ‘IEPA’ graduates in sectors of the Ghanaian economy. 

Mr. Adosi loves to participate in research that enhances the knowledge, and development of education, especially at the tertiary level. His major research interests areas are student leadership, student affairs, experiential learning, leadership practices of educational leaders and development of core competencies.

Mr. Adosi is an Examiner and a Facilitator at IEPA and the College of Distance Education, UCC. He is a member of UTAG.
