The course explores the recruitment and utilization of human resources in an educational institution. It focuses on techniques to be adopted in order to attract, maintain and develop human resources in institutions with particular reference to educational institutions. Individual and organizational goals are analysed as well as issues of collective bargaining tuned to marrying workers’ aspirations to organizational goals receive attention.
