As a Masters degree student in Educational Administration at the IEPA at UCC on the Sandwich programme, the courses l undertook broadened my horizon as an Administrator and deepen my educational knowledge. It has also given me the opportunity to be invited as a resource person at various in-service trainings, where I share my practical knowledge underpinned by educational theories gained at IEPA. Additionally, because of the blended delivery mode of the sandwich programme, my knowledge in ICT with regards to the use of computers and techniques for research purposes have improved.
