A delegation from the Institute for Educational Planning and Administration (IEPA) paid a courtesy call on the Minister of Energy, Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh in Accra. The meeting was planned to congratulate him on his new appointment as Minister of Energy, update him on the progress of IEPA since its upgrade to a Category II Institute of UNESCO (during his tenure as Minister of Education) and to present a citation of honour to him.

The research argues that it is changes in exam difficulty from one year to the next that explain most of the changes in WASSCE grade awards since 2011, at least for Core Mathematics.
